MUNIK Certification Scheme (General Description)
MUNIK 功能安全认证方案 (概述)
基于方案编号 /Based on Scheme ID: MUNIK-CS-001, MUNIK-CS-002,MUNIK-CS-003,MUNIK-SOP-7-001 etc.
适用标准 / Applicable Standards: ISO 26262, IEC 61508 etc(see table 1 of MUNIK-CS-001 for details).
1. 方案目标与意图 (Objectives and Intent)
本认证方案旨在为道路车辆领域的系统、硬件和软件提供独立、公正的第三方认证服务。通过严格遵循国际标准，我们致力于实现以下目标：
This certification scheme is designed to provide independent and impartial third-party certification services for systems, hardware, and software in the road vehicle sector. By strictly adhering to international standards, we aim to achieve:
● 安全性验证 (Safety Verification): 验证产品及其开发过程满足功能安全目标，降低电子电气系统故障带来的风险。
Verify that products and their development processes meet functional safety goals, reducing risks associated with E/E system failures.
● 市场信任 (Market Trust): 为供应链提供高价值的合规证明，助力客户产品快速进入全球市场。
Provide high-value compliance evidence for the supply chain, helping clients' products enter the global market efficiently.
● 持续改进 (Continuous Improvement): 通过年度监督，确保获证企业的功能安全管理体系 (FSM) 持续有效运行。
Ensure the continued effectiveness of the certified client's Functional Safety Management (FSM) system through annual surveillance.
2. 认证范围 (Scope)
本方案适用于以下产品及过程的认证( 详见 MUNIK-CS-001 表 1）：
This scheme applies to the certification of the following products and processes(see table 1 of MUNIK-CS-001 for details):
● 功能安全相关产品：包括汽车、工业、家电、机械及轨道交通零部件等。
Functional safety related products:Including automotive, industrial, household, machinery and railway components etc.
● 关键零部件 (Critical Components): 传感器、执行器、控制器 (ECU)、专用集成电路 (ASIC/SoC) 等产品。
Sensors, Actuators, ECUs, ASIC/SoC, and so on.
● 软件与开发工具 (Software and Development Tools): 嵌入式软件、安全软件组件及开发工具链。
Embedded software, safety software components, and development toolchains.
● 功能安全管理体系 (FSM): 企业在产品生命周期内的安全管理流程。
The safety management processes throughout the product life cycle.
3. 认证要求与准则 (Certification Requirements)
所有认证申请方必须符合以下核心准则：
All applicants must comply with the following core criteria:
1. 技术准则 (Technical Criteria): 满足产品所适用标准的特定功能安全等级要求（如 ASIL A/B/C/D 等）。
Meet specific functional safety integrity level requirements (e.g., ASIL A/B/C/D and so on) applicable to the standards of products.
2. 体系准则 (System Criteria): 建立并实施符合标准要求的开发流程和质量管理体系。
Establish and implement development processes and quality management systems that meet standard requirements.
3. 合规准则 (Compliance Criteria): 遵守 MUNIK 的认证规则及相关的法律法规要求。
Comply with MUNIK’s certification rules and relevant legal/regulatory requirements.
4. 认证流程概览 (Certification Process Overview)
典型的认证周期包括以下关键步骤：
A typical certification cycle includes the following key steps:
1. 申请与评审 (Application & Review): 确定项目范围、技术可行性及评价方案。
Define project scope, technical feasibility, and the evaluation plan.
2. 文件评审 (Document Review): 审查安全案例 (Safety Case)、安全分析报告 (FMEA/FTA) 等技术文档。
Review technical documentation such as the Safety Case and safety analysis reports.
3. 评价与现场审核 (Evaluation & On-site Audit): 对开发工厂或研发中心进行现场确认和技术能力评估。
Conduct on-site verification and technical competence assessment at the factory or R&D center.
4. 复核与决定 (Review & Decision): 由独立专家组进行技术复核，并做出发证决定。
Independent technical review by experts followed by a certification decision.
5. 年度监督 (Annual Surveillance): 每 12 个月进行一次监督，以维持证书有效性（证书有效期通常为 3 年）。
Annual surveillance conducted every 12 months to maintain certificate validity (typical 3-year cycle).
